They've now split the booking process up into "steps", it's a great idea that makes the whole reservation easier. Each step asks a series of questions, so you can quickly see what rooms are available, add or find existing customer details, create charges and payments and then confirm the booking.

You can now view outstanding accounts for customers too. So if your guests don't need to pay when they check out or if they pay a deposit you can see what is still owed. It's also handy to see when the customer comes back!
